Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI agree with SinisterGehe on most points, most notably with balance. The large white area in the upper right does not balance the colorful spectrums of the bottom and left. Note that the spools on the bottom left on the far side of the axle have a corresponding set on the upper left. There is no similar set on the upper right. The addition of a set of spools on the upper right would go a long way toward balancing the picture.
All of the spools are very translucent except the red one, which is nearly solid, so it one seems somewhat out of place.
The color scheme is whimsical, but the ordered design makes it seem like a technical drawing. I'd like to see the same idea with bumps or loops in the track, so that it looks like the spools were jumping while they were unraveling.
